2.1 We only collect the information we need to sell you equipment, arrange your golf holiday and answer your enquiries. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

We do not collect or store your full payment card details at any point. Card payments are handled directly by our payment providers.

5.1 From time to time we may email previous customers about new stock, offers or upcoming golf holidays. These messages come only from RGC Golf UK — we never pass your details to third parties for marketing.

6.1 We keep order records for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, in line with HMRC requirements.
6.2 Enquiries that do not result in an order are kept only for as long as they remain useful, and are then deleted.
